bCODE and Open Source Software 

Open Source License Notification

bCODE, Inc. (bCODE) uses Open Source software in some of its products, including software licensed under the GNU General Public License (“GPL”).  Most open source packages are used unmodified as binaries, but where required, bCODE has modified the open source package to perform the functions required for the bCODE products.

bCODE makes the open source software and any modifications  available consistent with  the terms of the GPL and LGPL  where those licenses apply.  The code made available by bCODE is for informational purposes only and distributed “As is” with no support and/or warranty of any kind intended, implied, or provided.

Your request for information about the bCODE Open Source libraries should identify the bCODE product(s) for which source code is desired, and must indicate “Open Source Libraries Information Request”.  Please allow 5-7 days for a response.
