  1. Will bCODE work on our customers' mobile phones?

    bCODE will work on any mobile device capable of receiving SMS text messages, and displaying at least 2 lines of text at a time.
  2. Will our customers need to download any special software?

    No. Since bCODE’s are SMS text messages, they’ll automatically work on more than 99.7% of the three billion mobile devices in the world today.
  3. Does bCODE work with all carriers and mobile service providers?

    Yes. bCODE is 100% carrier and device agnostic.
  4. Is there any requirement to pre-register for the bCODE service?

    No. Unlike 1D or 2D Mobile Barcode services, bCODE does not require pre-registration.
  5. Is bCODE the same as a mobile barcode?

    No. A mobile barcode is a 1-Dimensional or 2-Dimensional graphical barcode that is sent to a mobile phone via enhanced messaging services such as EMS or MMS (PXT). Graphical messages can cost extra and are device-dependent.
  6. What if a bCODE is deleted accidentally?

    There is no need to worry if your customers have accidentally deleted a bCODE. They can either ask your customer service representatives to resend the bCODE using our web application, or they can optionally text to a specified shortcode to have it re-sent.
