bCODE and Venture Corp launch "Green", paperless mobile ticketing system on Earth Day 2010 for Golden Village Cinemas, the largest cinema chain in Singapore. Golden Village Cinemas is a joint venture between Golden Harvest Cinemas of Hong Kong, and Village Cinemas of Australia, one of the largest cinema chains in the Asia Pacific region.

Patrons of Golden Village cinemas now have the convenience of buying movie tickets online through a PC or a mobile phone, instantly receiving a bCODE Mobile Ticket as an SMS text message that will be scanned at the cinema entrance for admission, without ever having to worry about printing a ticket again.

bCODE, in conjunction with Creative Solutions launches centralized Mobile Coupon services for 35 store tenants at West Wall, Carribean. MasterCard is the brand sponsor for this service.

Consumers that are utilizing their MasterCard for payment will receive personalized and store-specific Mobile Coupon discount offers that can be redeemed at bCODE MediaPlane units that are located in the Mall.

The initial deployment is across the V Festivals at all locations nationwide. bCODE announces strategic partnership with Venture Corporation

bCODE announces a strategic licensing and partnership agreement with Venture Corporation (SING: VENM), the world's largest manufacturer of point-of-sale terminals.

As a part of this agreement, Venture Corporation will become the exclusive distributor of bCODE's technology and solutions in Asia.

The mobile program, branded T.I.P. (Texting Important People) by Harrah's is currently being tested at three of Harrah's properties: Harrah's Atlantic City, Harrah's New Orleans, and Showboat Atlantic City.

Guests of the selected Harrah's properties sign up to receive special, personalized offers as bCODE mobile coupons sent via SMS text messages to their mobile devices. These offers are then redeemed at the Harrah's properties using bCODE's innovative self-service media plane scanners.

The Ford Flex bCODE Mobile Marketing Program

bCODE, a leading global provider of one-to-one mobile marketing solutions has teamed up Real Content Group, a leading mobile marketing agency for the Urban American community, and have successfully completed a 3-month pilot of using bCODE's "Closed-Loop" mobile marketing solution in bringing consumers to Ford dealer locations for the Ford Flex promotions.

The campaign used a variety of applications to drive consumer traffic to mobile Ford dealer locations. One application involves scanning the user's cellphone multiple times to win prizes, boasting more than 90% of consumers coming back for a repeat visit, increasing the chance of completing the sale for the dealer.

The campaign is expected to scale to multiple southern states in the next 2 months.

IKEA Seattle put savings in the palm of their customers' hands

bCODE, a leading global provider of one-to-one mobile marketing solutions has teamed up with Valassis Interactive, the interactive arm of Valassis, one of the nation's leading media and marketing services companies (NYSE: VCI), to deliver a mobilebased loyalty program for the IKEA Seattle store.

Customers of the IKEA Seattle store can join the "IKEA Mobile" mobile loyalty program by simply sending a pre-selected keyword via text message to a shortcode (e.g. 12345). Members of the IKEA Mobile program receive personalized offers via SMS text messages to their mobile devices. These offers are then redeemed at the store using bCODE's innovate self-service mobile scanners.

The IKEA Mobile program has now been successfully running for 8 months, and has proven to be very popular with IKEA Seattle's customers. According to IKEA Seattle Store Manager, Laurie Helm, "We are always looking for new ways to communicate and create relationships with our customers. Our customers enjoy the easy interaction, the ability to select which offer will work for them, and the opportunity to redeem their savings immediately."

Singapore Airshow 2008 implements Mobile Ticketing for visitors

bCODE, the world's most reliable mobile ticketing and mobile coupon solution and its partner, Venture Corporation Limited, a leading global electronics services provider, announced today the launch of mobile ticketing service for trade visitors to the 2008 Singapore Airshow.

The new mobile ticketing service, powered by bCODE's unique scanner technology and further developed as a total ticketing solution by Venture, will reduce the check-in time for a trade visitor from minutes of manual processing down to a few seconds of self-service. Gone are the days of lining up for your registration tag at a conference.

This mobile ticketing option was offered to all pre-registered patrons of the event. The integrated bCODE/ITN mobile-ticketing service was showcased at the registration area of the CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment event held at the Moscone Center, San Francisco.

The service allowed a selected group of attendees to scan their mobile device to obtain a badge to gain entrance to the event. bCODE mobile ticketing was also being used as the only method of admission at the Island Def Jam, Nokia and mSpot launch party taking place on the first night of CTIA Wireless I.T. & Entertainment 2007, at San Francisco's premier nightclub, Ruby Skye.
