The following are standard Terms and Conditions of Use for the bCODE Mobile Ticketing Service. You will be asked to accept these terms and conditions upon the purchase of bCODE mobile tickets from our partner ticket issuers, or affiliate distribution partner websites.

1. ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
Event Classifications
Tickets are made available subject to age limits prescribed by the ticket issuer. By purchasing a ticket, you represent that you are of an age permitted to purchase a ticket pursuant to those restrictions.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges on purchased tickets are not permitted. Before purchasing your tickets, please select review your options carefully.
GST
GST will apply to all goods and services purchased through this site. Prices in this site include GST where applicable.
Anti-Fraud Measures
From time to time bCODE may use techniques designed to identify fraudulent activities on the Site, such as fraudulent credit card use. You agree to cooperate with such efforts as bCODE in its sole discretion deem necessary. You further agree that if for any reason you or others acting upon your behalf are suspected of fraud or any other breach of these terms, bCODE may terminate your right to access and use the Site.
Credit Card Use
If any unauthorised use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from this website, you should notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Security Precautions
bCODE will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you, and to keep this information accurate and up to date. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Payment and credit card details are fully encrypted through secure server software (SSL) technology, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot give an absolute assurance that the information you provide to us will be secure at all times. 2. TICKET PRICING
Pricing per ticket depends on a number of variables such as time of day, day of week, venue, event, category of ticket, etc.
Pricing is subject to vary without notice.
Pricing for a particular event can vary over the course of the release life cycle without notice.
Pricing charged for one mobile ticket may be different to another. bCODE does not guarantee that a particular price paid for a ticket may become available for the purchase of another.
3. MOBILE DELIVERY
bCODE does not guarantee delivery of the SMS ticket to the mobile handset as the delivery is subject to availability of service by the mobile carrier.
bCODE does not guarantee that your mobile handset will be compatible with our ticket scanning system.
If you experience any of the problems above, please make sure you can supply your mobile phone number to the event/venue attendant, along with photo ID.
4. LOST TICKETS, DELETED TICKETS OR TICKETS NOT RECEIVED
If your ticket is not available to be displayed on your mobile handset, or if it's displayed but cannot be scanned, make sure you can supply your mobile phone number to the venue attendant, along with photo ID or go to www.bcode.com to re-issue bcode tickets.
5. SAFE KEEPING OF MOBILE TICKET
bCODE is not responsible for the security of your ticket once it's been delivered to your mobile handset. If someone else gets access to that ticket, they may be able to use it to get admission to the venue instead of you. Make sure you keep your mobile handset safe at all times
6. TRANSFER OF MOBILE TICKETS
You may wish to transfer your SMS ticket to someone else by simply forwarding the message. However you agree that it must not be of a commercial nature. By forwarding a copy of the message to someone else, you agree that only one of the two persons with that ticket (the first to scan the ticket) will be allowed access to the venue
7. RETURNS POLICY
Mobile tickets sold online through our affiliate and partner websites are done so on a no returns, exchange or cancellation basis. Refunds will not be issued for an incorrect selection. By completing your transaction by clicking on the “Get Ticket Now” button, you are accepting this policy.
Please select your options carefully and double check that the session and ticket information you have Selected is correct to prevent you being out of pocket.
8. GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When using this website, or bCODE affiliate or partner websites, you must comply with these terms and conditions of use. These will be displayed to you at each instance you purchase a bCODE ticket. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time so please read them each time you use the website to make sure you're kept up to date. By continuing to use this website, you accept the current terms and conditions of use. If you don't agree with these terms and conditions you must not use the website.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
What we permit you to do/not do
We own all of the material on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, designs, logos, graphics, computer programs, audio, video and code (including HTML) in any form.
